We start with questions rather than code. Who is the customer, what painful job are they trying to do, how do they solve it today, and what would make them pay? A SaaS product serves many customers (tenants) from one system, and the way tenants are separated is a foundational decision. We choose based on security needs, expected scale, cost and compliance, and we design access control so one customer can never see another's data.

Subscription billing

Recurring revenue needs reliable billing. We integrate payment providers that support subscriptions, trials, plan changes, proration, invoices, taxes and failed-payment handling, and we choose providers that fit the markets you serve, including Indian and international customers. We never store card details ourselves; payment data stays with certified providers.

The marketing side of SaaS

A product also needs to be found. We build the marketing site with speed, clear messaging, comparison and pricing pages, documentation and structured data, and we plan content for search and AI assistants so prospects can discover the product when they research solutions.

Iterating after launch

Launch begins the learning. We help you instrument the product, review usage, talk to customers, fix friction in onboarding and prioritise the roadmap using evidence. We can continue as a development partner or hand over to your team with full documentation.
