Cloud & Infra
Cloud & DevOps in Kerala & India
Reliable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.
Scope of work
What's included in Cloud & DevOps
Every engagement starts with a written scope, so you know exactly what you are getting, who you are working with and what it costs.
- AWS, Google Cloud and Azure setup
- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Monitoring and backups
- Cost optimisation
Infrastructure that supports the business
Cloud infrastructure should be dull in the best way: it runs, it recovers, it scales when needed and its bill is predictable. Many companies instead inherit servers configured by hand, deployments done through file transfer and costs nobody can explain. We build and repair infrastructure so releases are routine, outages are rare and spending is visible.
Choosing a cloud
AWS, Google Cloud and Azure all run serious workloads. We recommend based on your existing tools, team skills, data location needs, pricing for your pattern of use and the services you need, rather than brand preference. For smaller projects, a managed platform or a simple virtual server may be more sensible than a complex architecture.
What we set up
- Environments for development, staging and production, so changes are tested before customers see them.
- Containers with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes where scale or complexity justifies it.
- CI/CD pipelines that build, test and deploy automatically, with approvals and rollbacks.
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform, so environments are reproducible and changes are reviewed.
- Networking and security: private networks, firewalls, load balancers, certificates and secrets management.
- Databases with backups, replication and tested restores.
- Monitoring and alerting for uptime, errors, performance and capacity.
Reliability and recovery
We define how much downtime and data loss the business can tolerate, then design to match: redundancy where it is worth the cost, automated backups, health checks, auto-recovery and a documented disaster recovery plan. A backup is only proven when it has been restored, so we test restores on a schedule.
Security by default
We apply least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication, encrypted data in transit and at rest, regular patching, vulnerability scanning and logging. Secrets never live in source code. For regulated workloads, we help you align with relevant frameworks and document controls.
Cost optimisation
Cloud bills grow quietly. We review usage, right-size instances, remove idle resources, use reserved or committed pricing where it makes sense, set budgets and alerts, and tag resources so costs can be attributed to projects. Typical savings come from removing waste, not from sacrificing reliability.
Migration
Moving from shared hosting, an on-premises server or another cloud requires planning. We inventory what exists, choose a migration strategy, rehearse the move, plan DNS changes with low TTLs, keep the old system running until the new one is verified and provide a rollback path. The goal is a change your customers do not notice.
Observability
When something breaks, speed of diagnosis matters. We set up centralised logs, metrics, traces where useful and dashboards showing the health of the system, with alerts that route to the right people and avoid constant false alarms.
Documentation and handover
We document architecture, deployment steps, access, runbooks for common incidents and cost drivers, and we train your team so you are not dependent on us. Where you prefer ongoing support, we offer monitoring and maintenance plans.
Cost and timeline
Projects are quoted after a written scope. A pipeline and basic hardening can be done in days to weeks, while migrations and multi-environment architectures take longer depending on complexity and risk.

Common mistakes to avoid
- Configuring servers by hand. Manual changes cannot be reproduced or reviewed, so recovery after a failure becomes guesswork. Define infrastructure as code from the start.
- Skipping restore tests. Many companies discover that backups are corrupt or incomplete only when they need them.
- Over-engineering. Kubernetes is excellent for some workloads and unnecessary overhead for a small site. Match the tool to the problem.
- Ignoring costs until the invoice arrives. Set budgets and alerts on day one.
- Sharing one administrator login. Individual accounts with multi-factor authentication create accountability and make offboarding safe.
Questions to ask any DevOps provider
Who owns the cloud accounts? How are secrets stored? What is the recovery time if the main server fails? How do you roll back a bad release? Reliable answers to these four questions reveal a great deal about the quality of an infrastructure setup.
