Research first

We start by understanding your audience, goals and competitors. What questions do visitors arrive with? What stops them from contacting you? Which pages do they actually use? Analytics, customer conversations and a review of competing sites often reveal that the biggest improvement is simpler messaging, not a redesign.

UX and information architecture

Before visual styling, we map the structure: which pages exist, how they connect, what each page must achieve and which action it leads to. We create wireframes that show layout and hierarchy without colour or imagery, so the conversation focuses on usefulness. Clear navigation, logical grouping and a single primary action per page are consistently valuable.

Visual design

We apply colour, typography, spacing and imagery to support the structure. Typography is chosen for readability on small screens; colour is used to guide attention rather than fill space; spacing creates calm and groups related information. When you already have a logo and brand colours, we work within them and extend them thoughtfully instead of changing them.

Responsive and mobile-first

Most visitors in India browse on phones, so we design for small screens first and scale up. Tap targets are large enough, text is readable without zooming, forms are short and layouts adapt cleanly across phones, tablets and desktops.

Accessibility

Accessible design widens your audience and reduces legal and reputational risk. We follow WCAG guidance: sufficient colour contrast, visible keyboard focus, meaningful headings, form labels, alternative text for images and designs that do not rely on colour alone. Accessible pages also tend to be easier for search engines and AI systems to interpret.

Design for speed and search

Heavy designs hurt rankings and conversions. We design with performance budgets, optimised imagery, limited font families and layouts that avoid sudden shifts while loading. We also plan content blocks, such as headings, summaries, FAQs and comparison tables, so pages are easy to optimise for SEO, featured answers and AI citation.

Common mistakes to avoid

• Designing for the owner's taste rather than the customer's needs. Evidence from users and analytics should settle disagreements.
• Too many calls to action. When every button competes, visitors choose none.
• Tiny text and low contrast. These look elegant on a large monitor and fail on a phone in sunlight.
• Heavy animation and imagery. They slow pages down and can hurt both conversions and rankings.
• Changing the brand without reason. Consistency builds recognition, so evolve it carefully.
