Why Royal Launch exists

Many businesses in Kerala and across India face the same frustrating pattern. Royal Launch was built to remove that gap by providing one accountable consultant who can design, build, secure, optimise and grow the whole digital side of a business.

We begin with your goals, not with technology. A written scope is agreed before work starts, so deliverables, timelines and costs are clear. We communicate regularly, show working progress and report honestly, including when something did not work as expected. Pricing is transparent, and we do not promise rankings, revenue or results that nobody can guarantee. That is not a limitation; it is how we expect to be trusted over many years.

Experience that spans the stack

Over more than 14 years, our founder's work has moved through the major shifts of the web. It began with WordPress and PHP, grew into full-stack development with React, Node.js and Python, expanded to international clients in the UAE, the UK and the USA, added cloud, DevOps and SaaS delivery, and since 2020 has included AI and machine learning work such as NLP chatbots, analytics and computer vision. Most recently, the focus has been on answer engine and generative engine optimisation, helping businesses stay visible as search shifts toward AI-generated answers.

This breadth matters in practice. A search optimisation problem often turns out to be a performance problem, which turns out to be a hosting or code problem. When one person understands all of the layers, these chains are solved in days instead of weeks of email between vendors.

We follow search engine guidelines, including Google's spam policies and helpful content guidance, and we respect the terms of advertising and social platforms. We build with accessibility, privacy and security in mind and take care with personal data. When using AI tools, we review outputs and do not publish unverified machine-written content as expert advice.

Who we work with

Our clients include founders, small and mid-sized businesses, professional firms, clinics, educators, agencies and technology start-ups. Some need a single website, while others need ongoing growth support or a custom product. We work remotely from Trivandrum, which allows us to serve clients across India and in other countries, with business hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 IST and Saturday 9:00 to 14:00 IST. We reply within one business day.

White-label and partner work

Agencies and freelancers sometimes need an engineering or search specialist behind them. We can work discreetly as an extension of your team on development, SEO and technical projects, with clear scopes and confidentiality.

Where we are

Royal Launch is based in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. Most work is delivered remotely through video calls, WhatsApp, email and shared project tools, and in-person meetings can be arranged in the region when useful.

What clients can expect in the first month

In the first week, we hold a discovery conversation and review your current website, accounts and goals. By the end of the second week, you receive a written scope and quote. After approval, work begins with an agreed schedule, and you receive updates at the points we define together. Throughout, you have one person to call, one place to see progress and a plain explanation of anything technical.

How we handle disagreements

Sometimes a client wants something we believe will not help, such as a feature that slows the site or a tactic that breaks search guidelines. We explain the risk, offer alternatives and respect your decision where it is yours to make, but we will not carry out practices that could harm your site or breach platform rules.
